TSI (Total Sensorium Interface)

As the name suggest this technology allows the user to experience virtual simulations that provide sensual feedback for all senses. This works via wetware interfaces and the entire simulation is fed directly into the brain stimulating the brain areas as oppose to stimulating the body physically. This technology is prevalent throughout the Commonwealth , mostly in the form of TSI dramas, which are essentially television programs. These dramas are incredibly interactive to the point where the participant feels, sees, hears, and smells everything that is going on. Sexual content in these dramas is both common and popular in the Commonwealth. In addition to dramas TSI is used for other entertainment purposes and it also allows for simplistic feedback when manually controlling robotics.
